Are the Voice Prompt instructions ONLY in english?

NO, our system is set up to offer
multilingual Voice Prompts. Once you dial the 800 access number the
voice prompt will ask you (in English) to please enter your pin number,
instead of entering your pin number your would press the STAR ( * )
key and the language code of your choice. You will then hear the
remaining instructions in your chosen language.
